Refund policy
Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 and Monkeypox  we do not offer refunds. Exchanges are approved on a case by case basis due to Covid-19 as well. If your actual item was received damaged, pictures and evidence needs to be emailed to our customer service team at sexyboutique2@yahoo.com within 24 hours of receiving your item to start your case for a possible replacement.  WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.
If you are approved for an exchange, you are responsible for purchasing all shipping labels for your exchange. We do not provide shipping costs for exchanges.
Your item that is being sent back to us is required to have a tracking number. Once received and inspected, if the item was worn or damaged an exchange will not be granted. Also there are no exchanges on items considered undergarments (ex:Bodysuits) or mesh items.
We require that all exchanges are sent within the five day window for the exchange to be honored.
Once received and approved by customer service exchanges have a processing time of up to 7-14 business days plus shipping time. If this needs to be expedited please contact customer service at sexyboutique2@yahoo.com for an approval.

Shipping Policy
- All orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days.
- We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrierÂ
- We are also not responsible for packages not being delivered because of incorrect address
- All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its final destination once it has been dropped off to the shipping center. Depending on a number of things, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to be able to process.
