Shipping policy

  • All orders ships out same business day if placed 12:00am-4pm, and orders ships out  next business day if placed 5:00pm-11:59pm
  • We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier 
  • We are also not responsible for packages not being delivered because of incorrect address
  • All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its final destination once it has been dropped off to the shipping center. Depending on a number of things, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to be able to process.
